Privacy Policy and use of cookies on the energop.com.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”)

On the Website you can find information on current events and projects implemented by ENERGOP Sp. z o.o., read press releases, view photo and video materials, read descriptions of our products and services, find out about employment opportunities or receive the latest information and offers.

The owner and the administrator of the service energop.com.pl is ENERGOP Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. For what purpose do we process the data?

The purpose of processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of the controller, i.e.: to make available and disseminate the information presented on our Website regarding our company and marketing the services provided (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

In connection with the operation of the Website, we process data in the form of cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), consisting in maintaining the proper functioning of the Website. In accordance with the applicable legislation, we process cookies on the basis of the User’s consent given by selecting their preferences in the consent management platform.
